Can I change my KPMG LINK username?
Your KPMG LINK username is your e-mail address. You can modify your username by logging in to KPMG LINK. On the Homepage, access Settings (

), select "Account Management" and "Manage my E-Mail". After you finish click "Save".

Can I change my KPMG LINK password?
The initial password you received from KPMG is temporary. Upon login to KPMG LINK using your temporary password, you will be prompted to change your password. Please make a note of the new password you select as you will need this password to access KPMG LINK in the future.

Additionally, you can change your password at any time from the Homepage by accessing Settings (

), selecting "Account Management" then selecting "Manage Password". After you finish click "Save".

I no longer have access to the e-mail address I provided to KPMG. How do I update my e-mail address?

Can I change my secret question and answer?
You can update your secret questions and answers at any time within Settings (

). Select "Account Management", select "Manage My Secret Questions" and update the information. After you finish click "Save".

If you have forgotten your username, click on the "Need Help?" link on the KPMG LINK login page, and select "I forgot my KPMG LINK username" help option. Enter the e-mail address that has been provided to KPMG and follow the steps and your username will be e-mailed to you.
